How the mastermind works
Intake Form
Brain dump all your business information. You'll be asked questions like how you operate, who's on your team, and what technology you use.
50 minute overview call
Once Jillian & Julianna review your intake, you will schedule a 50-minute zoom call to review your responses and answer any follow-up questions.
mastermind day
Arrive at Collective615 and enjoy pastries and coffee before Jillian and Julianna teach you the principals of how to use both people and technology to get a calm business. You'll be presented with your custom plan that Jillian and Julianna worked on prior to this day. After lunch is served, you have the opportunity to learn the concepts that were applied and ask any questions you may have.
Post Mastermind accountability call
After we wrap for the day, there are 2 additional group calls. One with Jillian for your people operations, and one with Julianna for your technology needs. These calls you allow you to ask to follow up with questions as you begin implementing your plan.
VIP Calls (optional)
If you opt into the VIP option, you will have a 1 on 1 call with Jillian and then a 1-1 call with Julianna to dive deeper into your recommendations and troubleshoot anything that is happening during you implementation.

Is this about learning tools or tech tutorials?
No. While we will look at technology and systems, this is not a tool training or step-by-step tech workshop. The focus is on how to choose, simplify, and design systems that support you instead of demanding constant attention.
What makes this different from other masterminds or workshops?
This is a working room, not a motivational experience. You will leave with decisions made, clarity locked in, and a calmer understanding of how your business actually needs to operate. The goal is relief and direction that lasts beyond the day.
Will there be personalized guidance?
Yes. You’ll be asked to share business information ahead of time, and the day is structured to allow for real troubleshooting, examples, and live insight. While this is a group experience, the work is deeply grounded in real businesses, not hypotheticals.
Do I need to be “techy” to attend?
Not at all. This mastermind is designed for people who want support in their business. This could look like people or technology. You don’t need technical expertise.

The mastermind is March 24th from 9AM-3PM at Collective615, Nashville TN. The work, however, starts before the actual day through an intake form and follow-up 1-1 zoom meeting.
